范小华，女，重庆忠县人，理学博士，讲师。2012年毕业于西南大学物理科学与技术学院学院，获学士学位。2015年毕业于中国科学院近代物理研究所，获中国科学院大学硕士学位。其后，中国科学院近代物理研究所和兰州大学联合培养，2019年获兰州大学博士学位。

主要从事重离子核反应和核物质状态方程方面的研究。主要研究方向是：基于同位旋相关的Boltzmann-Uehling-Uhlenbeck(BUU)输运模型研究核物质对称能的密度依赖行为、原子核的奇特结构以及基于Brueckner-Hartree-Fock(BHF)方法研究核物质中子-质子对关联效应等。
